How to fix apps does not install or update on Samsung galaxy phone

Some times your phone’s playstore has got itself into a bit of mess. Most of “installing updating failed” and “phone Does not work installing or updating” comes because of this case. So, you have to refresh playstore. To refresh,

• Go into Settings
• Go into Applications Manager
• swipe left for All Apps.
• Scroll down and find Play store and tap on it.
• Clear Cache, then Clear Data after that Tap on Force Stop.
• Reboot your phone. (restart the phone)

after doing above method, problem persist then go down

Turn off the phone for 5 min.

This method can help for all small errors of androids. Please Turn Off your Samsung galaxy phone. after Turn OFF, remove the phone battery and wait 5 min. and Insert the battery again and Turn ON the phone by pressing Power Button. See whether camera is Work or Not. IF not, then Go to below step.

1.Turn off the phone.
2.Press and hold the Volume up key, Home key and Power key till appear Android LOGO.
3.Now, you are on Recovery Menu. Choose the “wipe your phone” from that menu.
4. Confirm It.
5.Reboot the phone.
